What we collect
BAZARIO collects your name, contact details (phone, email), delivery addresses, government ID documents for seller verification, and order history. Listing photos and review photos are stored in private storage and shown through expiring signed links.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: delivery, payments through Cashfree, shipping through ShipRocket, seller verification and payouts, refunds, and support. Your pickup address and phone are never shown publicly; buyers only see your area, city and general locality.
What we share
Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your order (name, address, phone). Payment details are handled by Cashfree — BAZARIO never stores your card or UPI credentials. Seller bank details are visible only to the verification and payout team.
Your choices
You can update your profile and addresses from your account page, request deletion of your account via support, and withdraw location permission at any time. Location is used to check the 200 km delivery radius only with your consent.
Security
Data is stored encrypted at rest in our managed database. Access to sensitive records (ID documents, bank details, order snapshots) is limited to verified administrators and logged in an audit trail.
